Publication Guidelines

Prospective authors are invited to submit original, unpublished manuscripts that are not under review elsewhere and that present sound theoretical and/or empirical research. All submissions will be evaluated using the ten assessment criteria listed below.

Submission and review process:
Prepare the manuscript with clearly defined sections such as Abstract, Introduction, Review of Literature/Related Work, Methodology, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, and References, and format it according to the journal’s prescribed template.
Use the sample manuscript/template provided by the journal as a guide to ensure correct layout, style, and citation format.
Submit the completed manuscript through the journal’s online submission system, ensuring that all required fields in the submission form are accurately filled.
An acknowledgement of submission will be sent by email to the corresponding (or first) author after a successful online submission.
An editor or designated member of the editorial team will conduct an initial screening to verify alignment with the journal’s aim, scope, and basic formatting and ethical requirements.
Manuscripts that pass the initial screening will be sent for double‑blind peer review to qualified reviewers from the journal’s reviewer panel.
Based on the reviewers’ reports and the editorial assessment, the manuscript will be accepted, accepted with revisions, or rejected.

Evaluation criteria:
Each manuscript is assessed on the following criteria, typically rated on a 10‑point scale for each item:
Relevance and appropriateness of the title and overall research focus
Scholarly quality and rigour of the work
Logical continuity, coherence, and organisation of the article
Use and integration of relevant theory and conceptual frameworks
Novelty and originality of the contribution
Technical content and accuracy of methods, analyses, and interpretations
Clarity of presentation, including use of figures, tables, and illustrations
Depth of critical analysis and reflective discussion
Quality, relevance, and currency of references
Clarity, consistency, and justification of conclusions and implications

Post‑review decisions and timelines:
In routine cases, the external review process is completed within a short period, and the first author is notified of the decision by email.
Where revisions are requested, authors must submit a revised version along with a response to reviewers before a final decision is made.

Publication formalities:
Once a manuscript is formally accepted for publication, the corresponding author will receive instructions regarding the publication fee (if applicable) and the mode of payment.
After making the payment, authors should retain a record (such as a screenshot or transaction receipt) as proof of payment.
Authors must then complete and submit the required copyright and undertaking forms, carefully reading the conditions and returning the duly filled and signed documents in the prescribed format.
Upon verification of the forms and payment, the article will be scheduled for publication, and the final version will be processed promptly.

Certificates and author notification:
When the article is published, a publication notification email is sent to the corresponding author, and digital certificates (e‑certificates) of publication are issued to all authors.
Authors may also be able to access and download the publication certificate and track the status of their submission through the journal’s tracking or status portal, where available.
